Do we need spinach like POPEYE to energize?

I am sure you would have come across a cartoon called "Popeye". If not its time you do. I still remember the days when i was totally crazy about this cartoon. Infact there are times when i would come back from school, and with the same sticky uniform i would watch this cartoon for hours together. I would be at the tip of my couch watching this amazing cartoon. If you get to see this cartoon you would start hating a dumb fellow there called Pluto. And as like any other hero Popeye has his own trends. You would get to see that he tosses a can of spinach into his mouth and immediately would get charged.

Like Popeye do we also get drained with our energy in our day to day life? And when it happens do we eat spinach like him? Absolutely not!!

There is enough and more resource available inside us. in order to keep us moving. All you need is a driving force which keeps you on. And here is one that says it all.
